I lie on the moss
that embraces me
like satin,
as the flowers bloom
in glowing sequins.

A gentle rhythm 
trickles all over me,
a quiet song,
putting me to sleep
like a lullaby.

My eyes feel drowsy,
and look up at the sky,
while I sink
into the warm earth.
